custom cables & keyboard Build Services

All sales for cable commissions, keyboard builds, and other projects are final. Refunds, exchanges, and returns are not possible once payments have been made, as components are ordered with customer payments.

If changes to commissions are requested after payment has been made, please expect an amended invoice with extra fees for components and labor costs.

Returns & Exchanges

Once payment has been received, commissions are not eligible for exchanges or returns. Please make sure you read through the order form and FAQ before ordering so that you have full confidence that you’ll get what you’re paying for.

Shipping policies

I do ship internationally! However, please be aware that PayPal fees and shipping costs will be higher. There is also a greater likelihood that shipping issues will occur.

While I thoroughly wrap and pack products before shipping, I can’t guarantee what will happen once the package is picked up by the carrier. As such, I cannot be held liable for any lost packages or products damaged while in transit. Packages that are lost or damaged in transit are not eligible for refunds.

cable & keyboard repair

All products are thoroughly tested before shipping. However, I have policies in place should repairs be necessary:

  • If an item is DOA, I will pay for return shipping and repair the product at no cost.

  • If an item ceases functioning within one month of receipt, you will pay for return shipping and I will repair the product at no cost.

  • If an item ceases functioning one month or longer after receipt, you will pay for return shipping and a $15 repair cost.
